The location was mad convenient - we could hit up all the rock and jazz bands' gigs and party till dawn. Plus, we were just a short stroll away from the shopping heaven of "Mönckebergstraße". It was sick being able to explore all of Hamburg from our base at the hotel.

The only thing we could ask for was a better nightlife scene around the hotel for young party animals like us. But hey, we still had a sick time!

It was central and very close to the station and near the shopping centre. It was basic and in a convenient location.

I did not like having the toilet outside the room. And the smell in the toilet.

Leaving

1. Entrance Hallway reminded me of a tramp infested urine filled dessolate 1970s car park. Terrible. 2. Very ugly/scary drug riddled prostitutes in the immeadiate locality. 3. The stench of ciggerette smoke in all corridors and rooms even when booking a non smoking room. 3 Days after leaving I still have a sore throat! 4. All three of us who stayed have come away with bites accross our bodies. 5. Sick and dribble riddled pillows which were so devoid of comfort all three of the party have a cricked kneck now! 6. Poo shelf in one of the toilets which allowed you to inspect your work.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our visit. Despite the lack of an elevator, they promptly carried our heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The hotel's location near the train station was convenient for our travels, and the surrounding area was quiet when we stayed in December. The comfortable bed, clean showers and toilets in the hallway, and easy check-in and check-out process added to our positive experience. Additionally, the affordable price made it even better.

Never had a better trip before, everything was really good. It was an European building, the room was tidy and bright with the toilet down the hall. The location was fantastic and stunning, just a short walk away from Alster Lakes. Great places to eat like a restaurant and restaurants were close by.

Close to a train station, the location was decent and easy, close to all amenities. St. Georg district was worth exploring❤

Tidy place & outstandingly accommodating staff. Comfy bed in double room with central heating, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a study table. A downtown area, decent location not far from central station and the main shopping street, a safe area and main shopping streets...

Very bad staff!

I had restful 3-night stay here! The place had a contemporary atmosphere. It was a comfortable and so ideal location close to central station and the main shopping street, the city centre and trains seem to run more or less all night.

Super convenient location , free Wi-Fi, clean rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff.

Very good location, very short walk from the main train station. Nothing I can actually complain about. Might have been a tiny bit expensive for what it was, but i think that's the case all over Hamburg. If you need somewhere to stay that's central and very easy to get too, you can do a lot worse than here. All the staff spoke decent English too.

the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring Hamburg, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The filling breakfast provided was a highlight of our stay.

The hotel was within a very short distance from the main station, which enabled us to travel around the city easily. The rooms were clean and although quite spartan, were comfortable for the price. The hotel staff were pleasant.

The shared toilets did not have wash basins, although there was one in our room.

Our hotel was in an incredible and stunning location really close to the Central station.
